Clonmel Celtic remain in 4th spot after a comfortable 4-0 win away to St Nicholas last Sunday. Celtic were missing quite a few players but the strength in depth in the current squad was evident as goals from Paul Kennedy and Stephen Ryan had Celtic 2-0 up at the break. Celtic continued to dominate in the second half and created plenty of opportunities. Stephen Ryan and Paulie Landers added two more to leave the final score 4-0 to the visitors. Celtic were very strong at the back and the defence can be particularly pleased with their first clean sheet of the season. This win also saw Celtic equal the club's previous record of going nine games unbeaten. However as manager Kenny O'Shea stated 'Its not records we want but trophies!' So Celtic will need to continue the hard work.
