Clonmel Celtic Ladies kicked off their season recently but it was an unsuccessful start as they went down to a 6-2 home defeat to Tipperary Town Ladies.  Celtic were missing quite a few players for their season opener but battled hard throughout with Clodagh Hallinan and Roisin McGrath on target for Celtic.

Meanwhile it was a night for forget for Clonmel Celtic U16s last Friday as they crashed to a 7-0 defeat to Clonmel  Town.
